Chris Quigley is an associate in Cadwalader’s Financial Restructuring Group in London.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Chris was an associate at an international law firm in London, and his experience includes a six-month secondment to his previous firm’s Dubai office.
Chris received his BA (Hons) in History and Economics from the University of York and completed the GDL and LPC at BPP University. Chris is admitted to practice in England & Wales.

- Acted for Sancta Capital on the US$43m Sharia-compliant sukuk in relation to the acquisition and growth debt financing of RSS, a leading GCC power solutions provider.
- Advised a major real estate funder in respect of the AED450m facilities made available to a local sponsor to refinance the Pullman Hotel, Business Bay, Dubai.
- Acted for Interpath Advisory in relation to Contract Natural Gas, formerly the largest independent gas shipper in the UK, in relation to supplier counterclaims.
- Acted for Crocus - the largest online garden retailer in the UK – in relation to its acquisition of the business and assets of Primrose, a business previously owned by Risk Capital Partners.
- Acted for a syndicate of banks in relation to the c.£600m refinancing of an iconic London skyscraper.
