Christian is an associate in the Capital Markets group in New York. He focuses his practice in the areas of securitization and structured finance, advising underwriters, issuers, borrowers, lenders, and other market participants in a broad range of transactions, including issuances of debt and equity securities secured by commercial and residential mortgage loans, unsecured consumer loans, and other assets.
Christian is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school he was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Janet Bond Arterton. He also served as Competition Editor and Symposium Editor for the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and Connecticut.
