Christian Roberts-Bonagura is an associate in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group. Christian represents investment banks and other financial institutions as issuers, underwriters and lenders in CLO transactions and asset-backed securitization finance facilities backed by pools of middle market loans, broadly syndicated loans and other types of credit instruments.
Christian received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is admitted to practice in New York and Delaware.
