Christopher Montgomery is a partner in Cadwalader’s Finance Group, where he represents lenders and lead agents in fund finance transactions to private equity and other funds. His practice focuses on the due diligence, structuring, negotiation and documentation of both bilateral and syndicated subscription credit facilities.
Chris received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a dual B.A. in Economics and M.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis.
