Cole Chase is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office. Cole advises financial institutions and corporations in connection with structured finance transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Cole was an associate in the Capital Markets team of an international law firm in London where he advised issuers and underwriters in various debt capital markets transactions. Cole has also completed a secondment to Citibank’s legal department
He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
