David Tan is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
David advises financial institutions, corporations and managers in connection with securitisations, CLOs and ABS transactions across a range of asset classes. David also has experience in RMBS transactions, including public securitisations, private warehouses and forward flows.
David received his LPC from BPP University, his M.SC from the ICMA Centre, Henley Business School and his LL.B from the University of Reading. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
