Diane Lee is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group.
Diane represents clients in a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, securities litigation, FCPA matters, and internal investigations. Diane also has an active pro bono practice representing clients in applying for asylum and drafting their life planning documents.
Diane received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where she was Senior Proofing Editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. During law school, she interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement and at the Federal Communications Commission in the Office of Legislative Affairs. Diane received her B.A. in history from Pomona College.
