Emily Wells is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. Ms. Wells focuses her practice on white collar investigations and litigation matters.
Ms. Wells has represented clients in internal investigations, and federal enforcement matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and other federal agencies. Ms. Wells has also practiced in state and federal court litigation matters.
Ms. Wells has extensive immigration-related pro bono experience representing survivors of human trafficking and violent crime.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Ms. Wells was an associate in the trials and investigations group of another global law firm. During law school, Ms. Wells served as a judicial extern for the then-Assistant Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, Garrett L. Wong.
