Evan Bloom is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. Evan represents investment banks and other financial institutions as issuers, underwriters and lenders in CLOs and asset-backed securitization finance facilities backed by pools of middle market loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans and other types of loans.
Evan received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School, and his B.B.A. from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
