Greg Prindle is a partner in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group who concentrates his practice on structured finance, primarily commercial mortgage-backed and CRE CLO securitization transactions.
Greg has significant experience representing investment banks and other financial institutions in their roles as issuers/depositors, underwriters/initial purchasers and originators/loan sellers in public and private offerings of commercial mortgage-backed securities and other structured finance products, utilizing various structures, including conduit, stand-alone, rake bond and floating rate transactions. In addition, he has experience representing clients in servicing arrangements and the purchase and sale of mortgage loans, mezzanine debt and subordinate debt. Greg has been repeatedly recognized by Chambers USA and Chambers Global for his leadership in the profession, having earned a ranking in the directory’s Capital Markets: Securitization: CMBS category annually since 2021. Greg was also recognized as a notable practitioner in Capital Markets by IFLR1000 in 2024.
Admitted to practice in New York, Greg received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Fordham University.
