Gregory Ong is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Gregory advises financial institutions and corporations in connection with securitisations, CLOs and ABS transactions across a range of asset classes. Prior to joining Cadwalader, Gregory was an associate in the financing team at Slaughter and May, with a focus on structured finance and RMBS transactions.
Gregory received his LPC from BPP University and his LLB from the University of Liverpool. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
