Hannah Kaufman is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s Washington, D.C., office. She represents investment banks and other institutional lenders in CLOs and secured commercial lending transactions.
Hannah earned her J.D. from Georgetown University, where she was Executive Notes Editor of the Journal of National Security Law and Policy, and graduated with a Dean’s Certificate for outstanding service to the Law Center’s community. She received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
