Henry LaBrun's practice is concentrated in representing issuers, underwriters, purchasers and servicers of mortgage- and asset-backed securities and commercial paper and in other sale and financing transactions involving a variety of asset types. He also advises servicers and lenders in connection with the workout and restructuring of securitized and other financial assets.
