Hunter White is a counsel in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. Hunter's practice focuses primarily on representing commercial banks, investment banks, government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), managers of hedge funds and private equity funds and other financial institutions in connection with corporate, finance and structured finance transactions. Hunter advises issuers and underwriters in consumer loan asset-backed securitizations, GSE-sponsored residential mortgage-backed securitizations and student loan asset-backed securitizations. Hunter also advises investment managers on the formation and operation of both U.S. and non-U.S. hedge funds.
Hunter received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Texas and the District of Columbia.
