Jaye Kasper is a Corporate partner in the New York office of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. 

Jaye’s practice focuses on advising private equity funds and private and public companies on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, de-SPACs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, executive compensation, incentive equity arrangements, governance and other general corporate matters. Jaye also advises private equity funds in the management of their portfolio companies, including financings, follow-on acquisitions and liquidity events.

Jaye joined Cadwalader in 2024 from a major global law firm, where she was a partner in their corporate practice.
