Jessica Eng is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. She represents investment banks and other financial institutions in commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and other asset-backed securitizations.
Jessica received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and her B.A. from Boston College. After law school Jessica was a Securities Investigator at the New Jersey Bureau of Securities and was previously Vice President and Counsel at the Bank of New York Mellon.
