Jinisha Patel is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Jinisha focuses on capital markets, with an emphasis on securitisation and asset based finance transactions. She has experience advising financial institutions and corporations in connection with domestic and international structured finance transactions across a variety of asset classes, marketplace lending, CLOs and loan warehouse facilities.
Jinisha attended the Queen Mary University of London where she received her undergraduate degree in Law. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
