Jonathan Byrne-Leitch is an associate in Cadwalader’s Finance Group.
Jonny represents administrative agents, lead arrangers and lenders in a variety of fund finance transactions, with a primary focus on cross-border subscription lines. He has extensive experience advising on bespoke structures including single-investor deals, umbrella and hybrid facilities. Jonny also focusses on complex cross-border transactions having worked previously in Scotland, Jersey (Channel Islands) and in London.
Jonny received his LLB (Honors) from the University of Glasgow and his PGDip from the University of Edinburgh and qualified as a solicitor in 2017.
Jonny is currently pending admission to the New York bar having passed the New York bar exam.
