Jonathan Keil is a senior attorney in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader’s London office.
Jonathan advises financial institutions in connection with structured finance and asset backed finance transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Jonathan gained significant international exposure working in the leveraged finance teams of both UK and US law firms, as well as in a global financial institution, where he advised on complex and high-value debt investments and restructurings, and in a fast growing, emerging markets-led fintech scale-up, where he led all aspects of the international legal function.
Jonathan received his BA (Law) and MA from the University of Cambridge and his LPC from Nottingham Law School.
Jonathan is admitted to practise in England and Wales.
