Jonathan Seliger is an associate in the Corporate Group in Cadwalader’s New York office. Jonathan’s corporate work includes mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, proxy contests, and shareholder activism and defense.
Jonathan has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2019 - 2024.
Jonathan received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law, and his B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin. He is admitted to practice in New York and Texas.
