Jordan is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. Jordan primarily represents investment banks and other financial institutions as issuers, underwriters and lenders in CLOs and asset-backed securitization finance facilities backed by pools of middle market loans, broadly syndicated corporate loans and other types of loans.
Jordan is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he was a member of Brooklyn Law’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. Jordan received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University, where he majored in political science and was a pitcher on the varsity baseball team.
