Justin Mims is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. His practice focuses on advising clients in broadly syndicated and middle market/private credit CLOs, secured commercial lending transactions (both syndicated and bilateral) and related financial products. Justin has experience representing asset managers, investment banks and other market participants in complex securitization transactions.
Justin received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2018, where he contributed to the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2013.
Justin is recognized by Super Lawyers as a 2025 North Carolina Rising Star for Securities & Corporate Finance Law.
