Ken Bergman is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. Ken has experience with government enforcement matters and commercial litigation in state and federal courts. Ken has participated in most phases of civil litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and appellate proceedings. Ken has experience conducting internal investigations related to securities fraud, wire fraud, and customs fraud, and advising clients on post-investigation action plans. Ken also has experience advising clients on compliance with beer franchise, data privacy, and import/export, and federal procurement laws.
Ken received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University, Beasley School of Law where he was Articles and Staff Editor of the Temple Law Review, his M.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Fordham University. Before joining Cadwalader, Ken served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Joseph H. Rodriguez in the United States Court for the District of New Jersey, and worked as an Associate in the Philadelphia office of an Am-Law 200 law firm.
