Kerry’s practice focuses on structured finance and capital markets transactions. She works on a broad spectrum of structured finance matters from advising a range of stakeholders on CLO transactions to advising originators and financial institutions on asset-backed securitisations (e.g. consumer, SME and trade receivables) and other structured lending facilities.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Kerry worked in the London and Aberdeen offices of a leading international law firm where she undertook secondments to Goldman Sachs and BP. She is admitted to practice in Scotland.
