Kevin Sholette is a partner in Cadwalader's Charlotte office. His practice is concentrated in the area of real estate finance and securitization. Kevin primarily represents financial institutions in connection with the origination of mortgage loans secured by commercial office buildings, retail properties, hotels, warehouses, multifamily housing, including multi-state, multi-property pooled transactions. He also has experience in the origination of mezzanine loans, the servicing, syndication and sale of mortgage and mezzanine loans, and repurchase facilities.
Kevin was named to Lawdragon’s inaugural “Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers” guide.
Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College, and his J.D. from Cornell Law School, cum laude, where he was an editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Legal Information Institute's Supreme Court Bulletin. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the State of North Carolina.
