Lara Lindeque is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader's London office.
Lara advises financial institutions and corporations in connection with structured finance transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Lara was an associate in the derivatives and structured finance team at Allen & Overy, focusing mainly on collateralised loan obligations.
Lara started her career in banking and finance in South Africa after graduating from the University of Cape Town with an LLB. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales and South Africa (non-practising).
