Lindsey Kister is an associate in the Corporate Group in Cadwalader’s New York office. Her practice is concentrated in the area of corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate finance and corporate governance. Lindsey represents clients in transactions such as public and private mergers, acquisitions, securities offerings and tender offers.
Lindsey received her B.A. in International Comparative Studies from Duke University, and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
