Malo Cloarec is an associate in the Finance Group.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Malo practiced at leading international law firms in Washington, D.C. and Paris, where he advised clients on complex cross-border disputes involving sovereign states and multinational corporations. Malo also served as tribunal secretary, supporting international tribunals in managing cases and drafting decisions.
Malo holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He received his Master’s in Law from Sciences Po Law School and his B.A. from Sciences Po. He is admitted to practice in New York.
