Michael Nozick is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. Michael’s practice is focused in the area of structured finance, with an emphasis on CMBS, ABS and CRE CLO securitization transactions. Michael represents investment banks and financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters, placement agents and loan sellers in both public and private offerings of commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities and other structured finance products.
In addition to his experience at Cadwalader, Michael previously worked in the real estate department of an AmLaw 100 firm in New York City. Michael is a member of the New York City Bar Association Hospitality Law Committee and New York City Bar Association Real Property Law Committee.
Michael received his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia. He is admitted to practice in New York and North Carolina.
