Patrick Yingling is a partner in the firm’s Finance practice group, resident in the Charlotte office. Patrick is active in our leveraged finance and syndicated lending practices.
Patrick’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financial transactions, including syndicated credit facilities on both a leveraged and investment-grade basis, first lien/second lien arrangements, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and cross-border facilities; with a focus on healthcare, media, telecommunications, sports and entertainment, defense and aerospace, energy and industrial growth companies.

Represented Citizens Bank, as lead arranger, in connection with a $350 million term loan facility in favor of a publicly traded software as a service company.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $500 million in senior secured multicurrency credit facilities to a publicly held telecommunications company to finance the strategic acquisition of a middle eastern subsidiary.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $460 million and €125 million in senior secured multicurrency credit facilities to a publicly held aerospace and defense company.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $500 million senior term loan facility to a publicly held energy delivery company.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $700 million in multicurrency credit facilities to a major material manufacturer and its Luxembourg subsidiary.
- Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with $200 million in senior secured credit facilities for the acquisition of an engine components manufacturer by a financial sponsor.
