Rachel Skene is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. She represents and advises clients in a variety of matters, including internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, and complex commercial disputes in both state and federal court. She has an active pro bono practice, representing asylum seekers, U-visa holders, and name-change clients.
Rachel received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin, as well as the Membership Director of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. She was a Pro Bono Scholar, successfully defending clients in immigration court. Rachel graduated the University of Puget Sound, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in International Relations and a B.A. in French Literature. Rachel is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
