Robert DiNardo is a special counsel in the Financial Services Group. Robert advises clients on the structuring and trading of complex derivatives and structured financial products. He counsels banks, funds and other financial institutions on a variety of matters, including transactional and regulatory matters, and the structuring, formation and operation of a variety of alternative investment products. Robert's practice focuses on representing dealers, banks and other financial institutions on transactional matters in connection with a broad range of derivatives, structured products, total return swaps, credit default swaps, repurchase and reverse repurchase transactions, interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives (including deal-contingent hedging transactions linked to M&A and project finance transactions, financing-linked hedging transactions and securitization-linked hedging transactions), and various alternative financing arrangements and facilities.
Robert received a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, an M.B.A. from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. from Fordham University.
