Ryan M. Marosy is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. Ryan primarily represents issuers, underwriters and lenders on a range of structured finance and asset-backed lending transactions, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs) and asset-back securitization finance facilities. He also has experience representing issuers and underwriters in commercial mortgage-backed securitization (CMBS) transactions and advising asset managers on the formation of investment vehicles.
Ryan received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a Notes Editor on the Michigan Law Review. He received his B.S., magna cum laude, in Environmental and Natural Resources from Clemson University. He is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
