Samuel Mann is an associate in the firm’s Global Litigation Group. He represents financial institutions and corporations in a range of federal and state court litigation, arbitrations, enforcement actions and regulatory inquiries.
Samuel has diverse litigation experience including securities, antitrust, commercial, employment, insurance and non-debtor bankruptcy litigation, as well as internal investigations and pre- and post-transaction anti-corruption due diligence. In addition to civil litigation, Samuel has represented clients in matters before the Securities Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and European Securities and Markets Authority. Samuel was included in the 2024 and 2025 editions of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America for Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy Litigation.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Samuel was a Litigation Associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York. NY. Samuel received his J.D., magna cum laude, from William & Mary School of Law where he was Lead Notes Editor of the William and Mary Law Review, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Washington & Jefferson College. Samuel is admitted to practice in the States of New York and North Carolina.
