Satvi Vepa is a senior attorney in Cadwalader’s Tax Group in the London office.
Satvi advises on a broad range of domestic and international transactions and tax issues, providing complex tax advice on all aspects of corporate financing transactions and investment funds tax structuring. She also advises on securitisations, fund finance, real estate finance and leveraged finance transactions. She has a wide range of experience advising on direct and indirect tax issues relating to corporate reorganisations and cross border public and private M&A transactions across a range of sectors, including private equity and technology and life sciences.
Satvi is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and regularly contributes articles to the Chartered Institute of Taxation’s “Tax Adviser” and other publications.
Satvi is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
