Scott Cowie is an associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group, focusing on residential, consumer and other asset-backed security classes. He represents investment banks, financial institutions and other market participants in their roles as lenders, underwriters, issuers, managers and borrowers in connection with offerings of debt and equity securities (primarily CLOs), warehouse financing facilities, and middle market lending facilities. Scott also represents servicers and sellers in offerings of asset-backed securitization transactions, including those involving residential mortgage loans and mortgage servicing rights.
Scott received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and his B.A. from Pepperdine University. He is admitted to practice in New York.
