Taylor Imperiale is an associate in Cadwalader’s Global Litigation Group. Taylor has diverse federal and state court litigation experience, including securities, antitrust, toxic tort, and breach of contract matters. He also has experience conducting internal investigations and federal monitorships.
Taylor received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School where he was Executive Editor of the University of Chicago Legal Forum, and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Duke University. Taylor is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Illinois.
Taylor served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to joining Cadwalader, Taylor was a litigation association at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago.
