Thomas Bragg is an associate in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader's London office.
Tom advises financial institutions and corporations in connection with derivative and structured finance transactions.
Prior to joining Cadwalader, Tom was an associate in the derivatives team at Ashurst. He also served on secondment in a leading European investment bank.
Tom started his career in New Zealand after graduating from the University of Canterbury with undergraduate degrees in Law and Finance. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales and in New Zealand.
