Timothy Cloud "TJ" is an associate in the Capital Markets Group. TJ has experience representing lenders (including commercial banks, CMBS lenders, REITs and other fixed-income lenders), real estate developers and investors in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, commercial financing, borrower financing, commercial acquisitions and sales, corporate governance real estate development and construction financing.
TJ received his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law, where he served as the Justice of the Penn State Law chapter of Phi Alpha Delta, an Articles Editor for the Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs, and captain of the 10th Annual Phi Alpha Delta Law School Mock Trial Competition. TJ earned his B.A. from the University of Georgia.
