Vladimir is an Associate in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group focusing on the securitization of financial assets, namely the private and public offering of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities.
Before joining Cadwalader, Vladimir worked at an Am Law 100 law firm in New York representing issuers in the public and private offering of CMBS and ABS, served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable B. McKay Mignault in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James M. Carr in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Vladimir worked extensively at various financial institutions in New York originating, structuring and executing domestic and cross-border Project Finance, Asset-Backed Securities, and Structured Trade and Commodity Finance deals.
Vladimir received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his B.S. from Kean University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the District of Columbia.
