William Sharp is a counsel in the Capital Markets Group in Cadwalader's London office. He focuses on structured finance and securitisation.
Will has worked on a number of repackaging programmes and credit-linked note issuance programmes. He has acted for arrangers and originators on a variety of asset-backed securities transactions, including U.K. auto loan securitisations and consumer loan securitisations. He also has experience with the restructuring of bonds and structured products.
Prior to joining Cadwalader in 2018, Will worked in the financing practice of a leading English law firm.
Will received an undergraduate degree from Balliol College Oxford, Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School and MBA from BPP Business School. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
