Zoha advises on a wide range of international debt and equity capital markets transactions, including securitisation, fund finance, real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund formations and structured acquisitions and disposals.
Zoha received a Distinction on the LPC from University of Law, her LL.M. from University College London, and her LL.B. from University of Exeter.
