Cadwalader special counsel Duncan Grieve is a member of the Organising Committee for the 61st Annual International Young Lawyers Congress in Rio de Janeiro.
AIJA is an international lawyers association with more than 4000 members from 90 countries. The AIJA Annual Congress brings together around 500 lawyers, representing every continent. The week-long Academic Program will be led by the 21 AIJA Commissions which cover diverse practice areas including: Corporate and M&A; Banking, Finance and Capital Markets; Litigation; International Arbitration; Insolvency and Commercial Fraud. In addition to his role on the Organising Committee for the Congress, Duncan is a member of the Commercial Fraud Commission.
