Cadwalader partner Peter Y. Malyshev will be participating in the Futures Industry Association’s (FIA) annual Law & Compliance (L&C) Division Conference.
On April 28, he will moderate the panel “Electronic and SEF Trading” featuring panelists from the Commodity Futures Trading Association (CFTC), CME Group, Interactive Brokers, the National Futures Association and Steptoe & Johnson.
