Mr. Khinda, an SEC enforcement alum, will be joined on the panel by Leslie Caldwell, former head of the Enron task force, as well as senior lawyers with the SEC and Uber. They will discuss the leading securities enforcement initiatives of the day, as well as the many risks they pose, both day-to-day and in the context of internal investigations and related government matters. The event will be held live at the Four Seasons in Palo Alto and may also be streamed live by invitation.
