This series of webinars will bring insights, information and perspective derived from FTI Consulting's market-leading loan-level reviews of servicer activities. The first session will examine how the industry has been grappling with the implementation of forbearance programs and other borrower protections required under the CARES Act and state law, as well as provide more visibility into the findings published by the CFPB in their recent supervisory highlights.
