In celebration of Pride Month, we were honored to host another engaging Civil Rights Series program followed by the much-anticipated “Fabulous Party.” The Civil Rights Series program featured Adam Heintz and Joy Wefum from Legal Services NYC. During the presentation, Adam and Joy discussed their work fighting poverty and pursuing asylum for LGBTQ+ clients. It was great to hear all the work they are doing on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community.
