This week, Columbia Law School’s Empowering Women of Color (EWOC) organization hosted an in-person fall mixer.  Students were provided the opportunity to mingle with attorneys from, among others, Cadwalader (including Fiona Cheng, Associate, Fund Finance and Andrea Nixon, Special Counsel, Capital Markets), King & Spalding and Ropes & Gray.

Cadwalader is a proud sponsor of EWOC, whose mission is to provide greater access to networking opportunities and address obstacles faced by women of color in the legal profession, including access to assignments, fair performance evaluations and bridging the gap in compensation.
