With two decades at the forefront of the industry, Bron has played a defining role in shaping the evolution of fund‑level credit solutions in London and across Europe. She is widely regarded for her ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics and deliver transactions efficiently across jurisdictions.

Her career includes seven years as a partner in the financial industry group of a global law firm as co-head of investment fund finance, following fifteen years as a partner in a London‑based firm where she led the investment fund finance group and served as head of finance.
